Let's Meet the March Sisters
Wanting to create bilingual resources for families in my community, I wrote, illustrated, and designed "Let's Meet the March Sisters," a bilingual children's book based off of the American classic "Little Women." With the help of translators, I created two versions of the book: Spanish and Korean (these are two of the most spoken languages in my area). The books' loose, simple illlustrations, hand-done type, and clean layouts create an approachable, but fun experience for bilingual families to read together. To reinforce the literacy skills learned in the book, I also designed two worksheets for each language.
